Pay Using First Citizens Bank's Website
With the help of Magnolia Management Services to assist Laurel Hill Property Owners Association you will have three payment options. You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you can pay online using the First Citizens Bank's payment website. Online payments made via bank draft (eCheck) have no transaction fee while credit card payments are subject to transaction fees.
To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:
Management Company ID: 3149 (Magnolia Management Services)
Association ID: LRH (Laurel Hill HOA)
Property ID: Your account number
Architectural Requests
Per Article 8 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Laurel Hill, any and all exterior improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Laurel Hill POA Architectural Review Board Committee. Once the Architectural Review Board receives your formal request they have 30 days to review and make a decision as whether to approve or deny the request.
To submit a formal request for an exterior improvement:
